Looks like the FP relay was the culprit.

Stuck in one of my repaired relays and things seem good. I told her to give me an update over the next couple of days.

Just you update you guys… Chuck W saved the day. It was the fuel pump relay. I’m very grateful to both him and you all for all the help you provided. I’ll probably be back at some point with questions on another car matter, but hopefully it will be awhile! Ha. Thanks guys! :)

Cold start problem on your Volvo is the same issue I have where the main fuse box will vibrate when it starts. The answer is to replace the main fuse box. Mechanics couldn’t tell me the answer, had to figure out myself. Never get rid of it, worth keeping. Hopefully this was helpful.
