"Starts" is in house code for something about the car would make slapping a tag on it and attempting a drive home from the storage lot leading to a poor outcome.

At Manchester, NH, "starts" includes starts, runs, and drives. It's their highest grade of functionality, clearly missing some granularity. The T5M I bought was listed as "starts" and I easily drove it all the way home... almost.
That Rolls is quite nice. Seems like a collector's car with all that documentation and official accessories. How on earth did it wind up being given to an auction house in NH? Wouldn't someone at least try to sell it on Facebook Marketplace for a few thousand instead of donating it.
That S70 has been in inventory for a while. Glad to see it's finally for sale.
