.
Does the siren work without internal battery? then I do not need new battery again after 6-years.
Do I need clear fault code with computer with new siren?

How to test, when must the siren make noise?

found this info:
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Top tip: if your lights and sunroof aren't working,
locking and unlocking the car via your fob or master lock/unlock button THREE times
will reset the module and you'll have working lights and sunroof.

No, not if you buy the repair kit it comes with the galvanised bracket, bracket bolt and siren retaining bolts and nuts. Simply invert the siren in the mount before refitting. I kept the old bracket and used that with the new bolts so as to avoid shearing the security bolt that attatches bracket to inner wing.

get the OEM siren replacment pack its vey good value it contains a security bolt and new galvanised mounting bracket plus fottings. If you remove the fron bumper which is very easy onlly two bolts hidden under pop-out access hatches and on each side there is an adjustable fidtting accessed from the respective front wheel arch. It is either a hex head or a torks head - don't remember but think its T25, so wind them out about half inch - not too much or they wil become dismantled - then pul the bumper edge bacwards towards the rear and then out away from the wheel, when the bumper will be released. If you go underneath and disconnect the fog lamp cables x2 the whole thing lifts off very easilly. Refitting is reversa; and is not dificult just don't rush it or use force. The siren module is totally exposed and easy to work on. Because my module was caught straight away there was no corrosion so I didn't replace it. I just undid the 10mm captive nuts to loose and the siren module slides straight out.
