I think I found the problem. Abscate may get the Viking horns yet.

I just heard from a friend that the gasket position is normal? I shook all the heat shields and none are loose and the flex pipe is fine. I'm out of ideas.

It's still your best candidate so far, I'd say. I'm still partial to abscate's early call. I've already dismounted the horns from my e-brake for shipping, so he better be right.
