I would suspect Chinese springs, the coils shouldn't touch like that. Struts don't prevent coils from touching, they only dampen jounce oscillations and have no lifting capability. I would source all new struts, springs, and seat and mount hardware, or better yet find some serviceable OEM used at the auto wreckers with no rust on the spring. The OEM ones last a REALLY long time!
As mentioned, the springs would have a paint marking or sticker if they're original.
I actually phoned FCP with my VIN to get the proper springs, I also asked Lesjofors if they could provide numbers for their HD spring rates as compared to standard, before going with standard rates.
That spring looks pretty collapsed and rusty, measure your ride height and compare it to specs.

Ended up with Lesjofors Coil Springs 9465464, worked great (factory was Green color coil spring).
