98 volvo s70 t5 wont boost beyond stock psi with ecu tune

I found massive boost leak at the short hose top on the turbo.The aftermarket hose had bigger diameter and didn't seal(cheap one from eBay). I replaced for a original one.Now I can't hear the turbo whoosh. :)
Also i swapped the ecu for a ARD green tune.Wow.Now I have big smile on my fat face.
