Thanks scot850, it did indeed need a hard tug to pull the b pillar off.

As for the sunroof, Klausc is right nothing to service underneath the head liner, i thought the cable thing was binding to something underneath but it wasnt.It would not move either way or tilt up i pulled really hard on both sides and nothing. So I ended up buying the sunroof from the junkyard and it worked!

Cleaned up the spoiler today. Used some 3m permanent double sided tape to stick it back to the car.

Also got these gabriel front struts installed and in the process ended up messing up the sway bar link so i replaced those too.

Out with the old leaky ones.

Look like good quality and easy to install, plus lifetime warranty. Only thing i didnt like was the little metal tab that you screw on to the strut for the abs line didnt work. The screws were too long and didnt screw all the way in, so i zip tied the lines to the strut itself. Orderd their rear struts today too.
