Discovered that a shop vac 3" wide flat nozzle can scrape the foam off w/o much mess. But have to repeat in different directions, & finish w/ brush nozzle to get some from between the exposed fiberglass strands. Can't get all of it out between the strands.
Wiped w/ acetone on a shop towel, got some stuff off but shredded the paper towel.
Cut the liner off a couple inches behind the sunroof. My cheapo double sided tape is really thin. Burnished it w/ the edge of the vac nozzzle, but may need to get some "thick" carpet tape. Also cold weather rated.
How do I re-glue the headliner in a wagon (back half fell down)

I haven't looked at the videos yet since it can't be done in cold weather.
When we talk of "removing the trim" does that exclude all the body panels that reach to the roof?
I see that there is about 1/2" of material that is just hanging, not glued to the roof panel.
It is tucked under/behind the vertical body panels and the "molding" over the doors.
Or do all the panels need to be removed in order to drop the roof panel?
