I said it works on the bench. I ran it once, maybe twice on a real car Remove autodetect line, compile/upload, wait for the message, power up the CEM quickly.

Show us how you connected Teensy to your CEM. Could be a bad wiring.

Is there another option for changing the CEM configuration other than vdash? I need to make changes to several of my cars (heated seats and BLIS in P1, auxiliary heater in P2). For P3 I use p3tool - pay once and change whatever I want. Unfortunately, vdash requires a fee each time.

I heard about it, but it's only for P2

There's also Volvo TechNest, but the price might not be right for you.

I made a software to load the flash files from CEM and edit the config, it's not finished for release yet but works.

Well, if 150€ annually is too expensive, then the only option is to write the codes with a pencil.
