1. From the above image, is the adapter (#4) for a different model. My original Oil Trap has a short hose with two torx clamps.

2. This is a good time to ask this question. Coolant. I have different cars that require or originally had different coolant colors from each other. Now that I have the XC am currently working on, with all coolants drained. Can I use a universal/All Model coolant on this Volvo?

The steel pipe is a new upgraded part, replacing the old short hose with two clamps. It doesnt take clamps, and there is a fierce raging debate as to which way it goes on here....

I broke the small little tab as shown by @vtl above.
This happens during removal of the T55 bolt bc on the front side, you turn the T55 bolt CCW,
on the rear side, the camshaft will turn a tiny bit CW, putting pressure on this tiny tab, thus breaking that small tab.
No consequence bc the Reluctor will re-install just fine.

Small detail but not that important in the big scheme of things.

PS: You can always insert a tiny woodruff key in the small slot to prevent breaking the small tab.
