This would be a good time to get rid of the SAS system, air pump and all, did you consider that option? E.g. remove that SAS valve that is visible in the pic of turbo, you can go all the way back to where it screws into the downpipe and plug it with an oil pan drain plug or other bolt. It really clutters up the engine bay. It is super easy to use a diode to tell the ECU the SAS is still there, if you ever run the stock ECU.
I did remove the air pump but that alum. pipe did not want to come off and I figured it was a check valve so it would be alright for now.

The oem hose is rubber with a silicone or something core. Only hose like it. 10-15$ probably because of the super hot coolant coming off the turbo. "Turbo coolant outlet hose"

Two of the eight 850's in my local junkyard have burst hoses there. Neither were the Volvo hose. Might be why they're trashed. Scared me enough to go oem

Well,Well the car runs great, I have two issues to deal with.
1. The coolant lid runs over, Its a URO box so.........new one and cap. IPD
2. No a/c, the compresser will not come on..hum? I reinstalled the OEM computer and the a/c works. So, I think it's the tune on the computer that erikv11 put onto the new ECU......Very nice. But I have to have a/c so I need some help.

ERIKV11 Thank you, this car gets it!

I will make a longer reply either here or by PM but that is weird, the car is acting like it came from the factory with m4.3, not with m4.4.

Can you notice any difference between the original ECU and the T5 ECU? I thought I could but it was only moderate, however it has been a long time since I compared.

You bet! The car started and ran perfectly! At about 3000-3500 rpm it takes off like a jet. Either PM me or call me. I may just flash the the a/c on to it if its not to complex. I will be driving it with the OEM computer for now. Also I attached the fan relay from the air pump. I wasn't sure if it was for the air pump fan or the cooling fan.

I ordered the OEM Volvo coolant cap and bottle. I have two days to wait. This car runs so smooth and guess what? That's right, no smoke on deceleration, its fixed. Now was it the radiator mixing oil and water or the turbo or the head? I'll never know.

The AC mod is super easy to do, easier than a full ECU flash, just a little piece of software that is very clean and fast. The only hassle is getting all of the connections right to the ECU, and getting the right USB cable.

If the mod does not belong in the car then the AC compressor won't fry instantly rather it will run all the time then overheat and fry. So you can do the mod then simply watch the AC to make sure it is right, that seems the next step here. See this post, the person who wrote the AC mod is Piet, both he and the user vanderbroeck have great depth of knowledge about tuning these cars:

I will try to call you later today, sounds good.
