Did a junkyard run for the 1st time in a longtime.
went to get the a-pillar trim panel ECC and to see if they had a HU613
They had an 04 there so I took the ECC and trim. It had a HU803. So opted out since I would have to grab the amp and center speaker.
The car had the cargo cover so ii snatched that up.

Went to put them in and the ECC wasnt compatible. dang.

Did some other stuff to the car. Changed the airbox, Top mount. One I bought from Rock auto sucked so I put the original back in.
Changed the spark plugs and Maf.

Nice! I literally just said to my significant other today, "That thing is practically a moving van."

We managed to fit a full-size sleeper sofa in our V70. :)

MDK here... well. When I was changing out the power steering pump on the R car I flipped the overflow bottle out the way. Then I noticed the sepage from the bottom hose. I always wondered why I smelled anti-freeze after running it hard. Yeah. So today I got home and the new one I ordered from IPD was waiting for me. So, I guess I'll go do that...just did it.18$ from IPD...used original level sensor, hoses and cap. IPD... thank you!

So.. the R car and some other P2'S have the cloth pillar covers.. mine were peeling when I got it. Of course..arm and a leg... and maybe part of the other one to recover them. Ah..no.I was in the scrap yard today and came across a 2002 S60.. right color ..hard plastic.. right price. Cleaned them up with some "tuff stuff" upholstery cleaner..rinse..drip dry. 10$ each..at 70 miles an hour..I don't think anyone will notice. Eh

It does have it's charm for sure.

Nice. I like the tall modern building (house?) in the middle right.

Y'know, I saw a car exactly like yours yesterday - I thought to myself, Hey, I know that guy!

The middle right is an apartment building. Middle left is the 400 year old Carlsten fortress with it's round tower. Contrasts.

I wasn't anywhere near Montana though :-)
