^ Again it took FCP 5 days to go 100+ miles, but received and installed.
Fitment notes say " 1999 V70 GLT B5254T with auto ", but they say that for a couple of them.
I decided to try Parts Geek.(Corteco). We'll see how they do on shipping.
And Thanks for your offer !

Well I figured it out. What threw me was that the fitment guide calls for 2 of each front camshaft seals, but in reality you use a different seal on the exhaust than the intake. So one of each is needed. So 3 different part numbers for the 4 cam seals.
And yes; that banjo bolt for the PCV is beyond stupid engineering. The mounting boss for that bolt should have been about 1" further away from the alternator. To design it so you have to remove the belt, loosen the power steering pump and then move the alternator, just to get access to that bolt, is the sign of a sick mind.

When doing whole PCV job you can start the banjo bolt as you bring the Intake manifold into play. That’s a lot easier.

I tried every way I could, but I just couldn't get my mitt in between the alternator and the intake such that I could rotate that bolt correctly. Not to mention not losing one of the washers. And can't pull the manifold up too much because it's already connected to the PCV box.
Ended up tilting the manifold as far as I could and holding it while my son threaded the cuss in.

Intake manifold close >>> start banjo >> connect pvc to box >> intake manifold in >> tighten banjo and box

Well there will probably be a next time, so I'll give that a try. Maybe leaving off the ETM until after everything is connected will help.

I’ve never been able to put an ETM on a turbo car under the intake manifold with the manifold installed. The ETM body was okay, getting the snorkel and tight on is awful

I'm trying to find a home for this piece. Does it maybe connect to the nipple on the end of the intake ? What connects to it ?

Can’t remember the Volvo name for it, “ ejector” I think, but it’s a Brake vacuum booster.
Fat end onto the fat nipple on the driver side of intake manifold. The other nipple goes back to the brake booster
There is a smaller 8 mm or so thick hose that plugs into the angled part and ??? I can’t remember ( it’s not on the T5, only the LPT )
It’s part 17 in this diagram
*** warning , this diagram isn’t right on the other end connector, not sure what’s going on there. Looks like a diesel application ***
