Spoke with the OP.
He is going to run it tomorrow and we will see how it responds. We are hoping that the steam we saw in the video is only steam. NWS shows 75% humidity in his location right now. He also reported that the coolant cap let off pressure when he opened it showing further proof that system is not leaking or leaking significantly. He will run for 30 min in the morning and report back.

Hey guys, thanks for checking in. Spoke to JD and I'm going to take a video of the car revving in the AM. I idled in the driveway for about 30 minutes, and checked the pressure on the upper radiator hose, seemed well pressurized.
The thing that initially scared me after putting the car back together was the coolant drop upon running the car the first time. After that I was overly sensitive and on high alert, thinking that I had somehow fouled things up. I think I was psyching myself out pretty hard, and am breathing a very big (tentative) sigh of relief and thanks. I'm finally feeling better about myself now, knowing that I did this job (mostly) correctly and the car is running well again.
I'm still gonna keep the extra head gasket, head bolts, thermostat and extra parts just in case I need them again. I feel confident though, that I could buy a head gasket case for cheap on Craigslist and fix it up now.
Of course, like anything else in life, now that this one thing is fixed, it's time to move on to the other problems that have been uncovered! Like the leaking exhaust manifold to turbo gasket, and the bottoming out front shocks, and the....etc, etc. i wanna say thanks to the amazing people here on MVS. You guys are truly saints, and have gone out of your way to chat, help me and just be generally awesome at all times. This site is truly amazing.
