Small update to my little custom pcb project:
testing/emulating some values for the display to show (the GUI is eeeeeeeaaarly stage)

started to solder some (vital) components on it. the 2 ICs in the middle are the CAN drivers

"on paper" there is already a slightly different PCB with more IO.
Gonna order that once ive tested this revision.

Nice!

I did a Teensy version as well. Not fully tested, PCB and code is not finished, but it has a very useful feature: runs ACC power for a few more seconds after the ignition has been switched off. Helps with preventing aftermarket HUs from power cycling during engine start.
