Any chance you have a 6cd changer for the trunk?

Yes I do, although it is Pioneer and not OEM Volvo. It works great and I have all the wiring/remote/etc.

Do you have driverside front and rear speaker grilles?

Those are integrated into the door panels...which have been sold. You'll have to replace the entire panel as far as I know if you want to get new speaker grilles.

Need only the the gear shift button, but am assuming I may need the whole gear shift in order to replace it. For automatic tranny. #33 in diagram:
