So,
I’ve had a passive electrical draw for a long time. Now, it’s gotten to the point where once I turn off the car. The battery draws down and the car won’t restart without a jump.

So, tested the battery and alternator.
All good.

Started pulling fuses.
Pulled all the fuses and there’s still a draw.

Had vtech analyze the vehicle.
He determined it’s the CEM.

Is it worth trying to repair?
Went to rock auto and found that the ECM, which I assume is the same, is back ordered indefinitely.

Or
Can some kind of a bypass be installed so I can shut off the battery? Would that even work?

First off, ECM (Engine Control Module) and CEM (Central Electronic Module) are two very different modules on this car. I haven't heard of vtech, the main reputable shop in north america is Xemodex and they are usually pretty honest (if CEM tests fine on their bench usually they just ship it back to you). If my CEM was bad I would send it off to get replaced but I would want to make 100% sure that was the issue.

You can buy a battery terminal that allows you to easily disconnect the battery. It's shown in this video

Yes it’s the CEM. Xemodex wants $649 to replace it and transfer the data.

Seems fair.
