2009 S80 TD2.0 SE screen wash failure, relay?

My Screenwash is not working. The pump is not receiving power. Pump works when independent 12 volts applied. Thought it maybe the stalk, bought another (used but tested), still not working.
Fuse appears okay, but not clear if it relies on more than one Fuse. Thought it might be a relay but can't identify which or where such a relay would be.

Any thoughts guys?
