Hello,
My wife's v70 is leaking in the passenger side floor.
Read up on stuff and did the following. Removed windshield wiper arms and grill/cowling and found lots of pine needles and junk covering the drain port weep holes....cleaned that up. I also opened the sunroof and cleaned out the small amount of stuff and blew out the two corner drain holes.
Is there other areas I should check? It only does it when it rains.

Windshield itself could be leaking. That's what happened on my car. I needed to apply a good bead of polyurethane to seal it up. Be careful removing the side mould pieces, you will need replacement yellow clips.

Didn't you see evidence up by the window? I'm not. What car is yours?
You put poly on the sides? After pulling side mouldings....not sure I have that.

I sealed everything. Added gasketing to the fresh air intake damper, replaced the flexible sunroof hose to a pillor with a braided type and added hose clamps. I finally looked at my windshield brand and realized it was aftermarket.
Instead of moulding i should say trim? Its on the left and right sides of the windshield. You just pull them straight off but break clips in the process. Under here you can see the bead of polyurethane (rubber-like windshield sealant). Mine had a big gap in it from whoever replaced the windshield. So i just added and smeared a fresh bead on top. This fixed my leak.
