We disconnected and removed the CEM for a blower fan replacement, Without replacing the blower-fan we ended up reinstalling the CEM and the blower fan began to work again, for seemingly no reason. But as a result the engine will now only stay on for 2 seconds exactly before dying, It is able to rev up and go into gear, it functions completely normally for 2 seconds (very consistently) and then shuts down. (as if some component is waiting 2 seconds and then telling the engine to shut off)

It should be added that the car has had intermittent electrical issues for over a year, All the warning lights flashing, speedometer will drop off and pick up randomly, windows sometimes do sometimes don't roll down, and the status behind the steering wheel constantly flashes warnings.

We have tried disconnecting the battery, we've shorted the two battery leads together to drain the caps in the CEM, and we have removed the CEM multiple times, and nothing has changed.
