Hi, I have an issue with my a/c. The a/c comes on intermittently without me turning it on. The airflow knob is set to off. The a/c light turns green and then orange again repeatedly . I would really appreciate if someone could suggest a fix.

Is it set on defrost? The AC may be coming on to pull moisture from the cabin and keep the windows from fogging.

Hi, just checked it again. The defrost is not on. Found something interesting. When I press the fan switch inside towards the panel the a/c turns off. I’ve read on other posts that the potentiometers can be an issue. Do you reckon it could affect the a/c button as well?
