V70R -97 Timing belt/engine code problem

Post by japmaister »

Hi! It's time to replace timing belt for my V70R -1997. The problem is that my engine code is 1016318 (b5234t3 engine) which doesnt match the number of the parts im trying to order. The numbers go between 1266127 to 3192745 and from 3192746 to forward if im correct, because of the differences in tensioner i guess? anyways something must be wrong here.

Which tensioner do you have? Do you have the hydraulic piston or the manual tensioner? I have had engines with both and then the 3rd version has the manual tensioner and the VVT.
