Volvospeed is back

Post by FireFox31 »

It appears that the Volvospeed forums are back. They appeared to be offline every time I checked for longer than I can remember (all 2023?). However, posts on the site seem to stop in March 2023 and resume in June 2023, so not much downtime.

On the forum listing pages, there's a box for "Current Donation Goals" showing some progress toward "Memory". Yet there's no post in the general forum about the downtime or what the fundraising is for.

Does anyone know what's going on over there? I know it's a lesser used forum but they have good info which MVS and SwedeSpeed have linked to over the years. I hate to see any community or information repository go offline so it's good they're back and I hope they can continue.

You don’t get the granularity on other fora that you get here, or you get too much.

Lumping 1999 -2010 models together dilutes knowledge, making a 1998-2000 Forum isolates information.
