What parts will fit?

What parts will fit?

Met a fellow today who dismantles and parts out R series Volvos. I purchased a set of wheels for my 2006 XC70. Got me thinking: Are there any parts from R series that I can use to improve my (and wife's 2013 S60)? I don't want to get into brakes, but what about headlights or anti-sway bars? Are they interchangeable?

Highly unlikely as the XC70 is a P2 whereas the 13 S60 are P3 Platform.
