Love it... but I really hate it too

I go back and forth (or have) the entire 2yr I've owned this vehicle.
For the longest time it was front end stuff like bad tires, allignment need, a bad bushing but all different times so getting used to it in varying conditions (and never perfect) is most of my time. The engine, transmission, general driving (ok to most). But shifting with scenario,
even more-so shifting WITH TIME .. if driving env. changes, or I hit a big bump, or turn hard left - it feels like my tire is flat and that thump you feel like its catching up w itself. When its normal, its fine. when it's bad I SWEAR people are looking at my front end left corner (drivers side).

All the above .. done, but noticing tread on (LF) is starting from outside, inward 2in or so. Rest are OK.
But what concerns me is high speeds it feels like there is a massive % of my 'control' of the vehicle just 'in the air'
60mph being like I'm too light w steering or i'm riding on a bumpyyyyy bumpyy ride that's almost too much. I can feel it in the wheel. I messed around with seeing if the squealing belt (p/s fan) was the culprit, and have a new one. but I can't get external confirmation on the front end, but It's getting hard to stay straight on 30mph (to me)
And I DONT KNOW where to start.

Do I need to measure distances bumper to ground, to tire, all that good stuff and report back?
Should I check the bushings ? What's most likely. Have driven with a balded tire and it's barely balded enough to have the feeling im getting. It was repaired by les schwab and while they fixed the leak, last time tires been off. Anybody have tips even if it's just how to check the tire, or belt.. just want to get it feeling comfortable.
I know this is all over the place.

New Parts in Hand: P/S + Fan V-Belt
Front Tires 195 65 R15 35 psi (6mo ago)
Rear Tires 185 65 R15 35 psi (6mo ago)
Bushings (the black round one) have xtra after doing FR a year ago.
