C70 Manual Transmission

So I have a 2001 C70 that has some transmission issues. After installing a new double plate clutch I'm have a lot of difficulty putting the car in gear, first and second especially and occasionally reverse. I'm going to have the guy who did the work look at the master and slave cylinders and see about adjusting the engagement point. I have concerns for the synchro rings as it was quite a while before I could afford the repair. I notice that your transmission list uses different notation from the factory lists. I also know that the C70 transmissions different 1sy and 2nd gear ratios. Is the 5spd manual from a V70 the same or not, it's unclear from the various information sources I've dug up. One list calls this a M56H and your list uses a different notation, what's the deal?
