So I have been having issues where a vacuum line will pop off of either the vacuum tree, or the pressure switch for the water / meth injection.
This only happens at WOT, which at this point can hit a little over 20psi. Regular hose clamps won't clamp 1/4' lines very well, and space is tight on that tree, so I have had to resort to small braided steel wire which I twist tight. That works, but is not a very "elegant" solution.
I'm not sure if an Oetiker clamp would work on a line that small either. Any other ideas ? I seem to remember seeing some sort of twisting wire tool, but don't know what it was called.

I redid most of my 850's vacuum lines with Gates lines, about 15 years ago. I blew my intercooler at around 17psi, so they're good to that at least. More good than the stock intercooler.
Those lines were at least 4x more mass than the light, white factory vac lines were. I'll look for my writeup on that.

I broke that plastic vac tree piece long ago and thought oh no, now what! But it was like $7 at the dealer. But that’s when I dealt with the little elbows and that white line.

The little spring steel pinch clamps won't hold. I wish someone would make a billet vacuum tree with slightly barbed posts.
That would solve a few problems.
