error on vct2000 update! Very thanks for you help

yesterday when I update the vct2000, the process was not finnished and the the light of vct2000 twinkle, the color is read and green.
and so the vct2000 can't diagnostic the volvo. I do not know what was happened and what will i do ,could you give me some help.

the vadis version is 2005A

No need to post this in every forum. I'll leave it for today but will delete from everywhere except the first post (very top of the forum). As far as I know I don't know of anyone on this forum using a VST2000....too expensive.
