installing rear seat - Help ASAP

Hi - a friend is installing a rear seat for me in my '92 960 on Saturday morning. He has found the instructions but not a schematic drawing. I currently have a Volvo cargo/dog gate installed to two pivot points near the roof of the car. My question is - is that where the seat belt assembly bolts in also?

I know we have to remove the gate, but it would sure be convenient if it was also where the belts bolt to!! And thus avoid having to find the "predrilled holes" for the seatbelts!
