C303 didn't make reserve. The M3A1 Stuart made $323,000, But...
You would need a Class III FFL license and the tax stamp for both the cannon and for each of the M1919 machine guns, unless restricted by State/local ordinance - and likely a wide-load permit. It runs on gasoline as opposed to diesel, so no searching for a truckstop.
The flamethrower isn't regulated; it made $18,000, down from the $26,000 the last one got.
