2000 S70 Replaced Cam Seal, now P0141 and P0304

Post by tfowler11 »

Removed timing belt to replace front cam seals, used locking tool and had to deal with VVT. Broke a vacuum hose while doing it. The hose was from under injector cover to I believe temp sensor on intake air after MAF and before ETM. After putting back together car would start then die, no codes. Would run if MAF was unplugged, repaired hose now will idle with MAF plugged in but very rough, smooth when driving around block. Getting P0141 from O2 sensor and P0304 from a misfire on cylinder 4. Could I have fouled plug or o2 sensor test running it without MAF/broken air hose? I'm worried I bent a valve or burned one. Anything else I should check?
