To be clear: these are not my parts, I don't have them, they're being sold by a guy named Gary, I don't know Gary, but I don't have any suspicions about him. That's not to say I can guarantee a positive outcome if you buy a part from him. He simply emailed me a couple days ago with the message I posted, above. Now you know exactly as much as I do about this.
