Stop driving it. My guess is your PCV system is not working creating ton of pressure inside of the engine. That pressure likely just pushed cam seal out and it is leaking all around your timing belt. There are plenty of videos on yootube about "volvo glove test" which might be not accurate for you given likely seal which was pushed away. Remove top part of timing belt cover and inspect belt and around the camshaft.

All you need to know about volvo at this point: diagnose prior to throwing parts, buy parts from fcp euro, ask questions here and plenty of addicts will tell you where and how,

Might be a visual or two in this post- viewtopic.php?t=55707

For sure check your oil level and good advice to not drive until you figure out the cause as noted above, especially if this vehicle has not had a full PCV service previously performed. I did PCV service on my 5 cylinder at 100k miles (2014?) without doing the cam seals and had the leak occur shortly after. Ended up being too much run-out on the VVT hub itself but seals got changed as part of the troubleshooting process.

My leak was p/s fluid. Check fluid levels. Check color of leaking oil with a white paper towel. Brownish, motor oil, greenish, p/s fluid. It all looks the same on the underside of the car. Reach under the p/s pump and see if the bottom of it is wet.

If a bad oil leak need to find it. Good advice above on the glove test to check the PCV.

My kids 05 XC90 2.5T had an engine oil leak that would leave a 2-3” spot on concrete after shutting down. I used AT-205 in the crankcase some time ago and now it is down to about a 1” spot. I’ve yet to fully diagnose, mine is on passenger side too, suspect a crank seal as cam seals were done during recent timing belt service.
