101,000 miles - new brake discs and pads, new OEM auto-adusting rear shocks. After all that suspension and brake work at 100,000 miles, the head gasket let go; otherwise, excellent condition. No rust, immaculate interior. I don't have the tools or the time to replace the head gasket - so the price reflects the parts & etc needed for an avid DIYer to get this beauty back on the road.
