2015 XC60 smells of fuel when turning left.

Hi I have been chasing a strong gas smell when I turn the vehicle at a corner. I get it other times eg speed bumps, but rarely while just cruising along or when stationary.

I have been all over the car. Can't see any fuel leaks (I would expect to it smell when stationary and idling if I had a leak in the line or at an injector etc). Fuel rail seems solid no play.
The evap passes the OBD diagnostic (which would say there is not a leak in the fuel evap system)
I have checked the evap purge valve - it's cycling and pulling vapor. I have checked the evap charcoal filters - I can blow through them so the charcoal is not gummed up.
I smoke tested the evap system don't see any leaks - only smoke to come out after feeding it in at the evap purge valve was at the air vent at the back of the tank.
Fuel cap seems to seal ( EVAP readiness passed after ODB code reset - only done to see if the EVAP would pass, and when I was pressuring the tank with the smoke tester there was no smoke released.

Car runs great - no error codes (using VDASH) but the smell makes it difficult to drive (and there is always the concern of fire when you smell fuel)

The car is a 2015 XC60 T5 FWD with 2.0 e-drive motor.

Ready to throw in the towel and take it to the shop. Anyone have any other ideas or had dealt with this before on their Volvo. Thanks in advance.

Not familiar with the P3 but our 03 Odyssey and 01 Sienna has fuel smell near the fuel door when parked. Parking spot is not flat but contorted due to side way parking on an incline. The chassis flex also flexes the gas tube going into the tank so perhaps look to how that is attached on your car.
