Problem with VIDA

I have a Win 10 Pro laptop with VIDA and the mongoose interface. It has been installed since February 2025. It has worked flawlessly since the install. I haven't used it for a couple of months. I went to use it tonight and I get the following error:

Object Doesn't Support Object or Method 'DiagnosticAllowed' I am usure where to go from here. I have included a screenshot of the issue. Diagnostics are grayed out.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

I believe my problem may be that a 3rd party anti virus was installed. I uninstalled it but still cant get rid of the error

any suggestions?

After connecting it to my xc 60 from 2016, various errors show up on the dashboard, from airbags to gearbox failures, and a message saying the car has been grounded due to the battery not charging. What's going on?
