so confused (1990 740 Turbo)

I've posted on here a few times about my problem, but now im more confused then ever.

Jump starting my 740 Turbo with Ether is keeping it running. It won't stall out, but unless you jump it AND use starting spray, it won't start at all. So i figured it might be the gas... so i bought Gas Treatment and its still doing the same thing. So I don't know what to do now.

Any ideas?
