need engine computer for my c70 2002

I purchased a volvo c70 2002 which didn't have transmission computer and engine computer, I have already got transmission computer however I know that in order to put a computer, it needs to be programmed which dealer won't do, or I need immobilizer and a key from the same car,

I'm looking for help if anybody knows any place which reprogram computers or would sell the whole set.
