1994 850T wagon 'blower' problems

1994 850T wagon 'blower' problems

the blower comes on for only one minute when I first start my car. If I turn the car off and back on again the blower comes back on for about one minute. I can repeat this process with the same outcome. Does anybody know whatt causes this?
