2001 Volvo S40 85K

Does anyone know where the fuse is located for the 12v looking cigarette lighter in the center console, I blew the fuse? I looked at the engine fuse box but did not find it unless it's labeled another name.

Also, I can't find the interior fuse box, the only way you can access it, is by taking some panels off the car, is that true?

Lastly, my antenna no longer goes down, just stays us. Do you know how I can fix this?

In your car there's a relay #16 that is for the cigarette lighter that's located under the sound proofing panel under the steering wheel. 4 crews have to come out to get the panel off...good luck.

In regards to the antenna...do you hear the motor running to raise or lower it? If not it could be a fuse or the motor itself. If you hear a sound, the antenna could be bent just enough to keep it from moving. Not sure where that fuse is but if it's the antenna mast that needs replacing, these are easy and inexpensive. www.fcpgroton.com I believe sells them.
