Is this a feature or an electrical problem?

I have gone out to my car on a few various occasions and the internal fans have been running (like the ac on full blast). It's been hot each of these times.

Is this some sort of auto cool feature or do I have a short somewhere?

It's a feature.

Page 43 of Owner's Manual:

Passenger compartment blower
Approximately 50 minutes after the ignition is turned off, the blower may come on automatically, and run for five minutes, to remove condensation in the A/C evaporator.
