speaker's static

Post by januwan »

Recently I notice some static on the rear speakers of my 97 850. Static is gone when I "push" all the sound on the front speakers. Anybody experienced something similar ?
Thanks in advance

Sounds like a loose speaker connection on the back speakers.

Could be that dirt or grit has found its way between the speaker cone and the magnet as it had done in my case. Can be repaired - see the link below to my fix, done 3 years ago and still both speakers are working fine.
