I want to know if someone could tell me where I can find a relay for the fuel pumps, I check voltage coming on the fuel pump and it was 6.5 volts. Anyone that can help please

Passenger side footwell above passengers right foot. Peel back carpet and you will see large white relay. www.fpcgroton.com $20 I keep a new spare in my car......They are a known weak point on volvos. You say you have 6.5v at fuel pump. If that is on the ground side that means you have a bad ground. If it is on the power side it means you are losing 5.5v elsewhere in the circut. Do you know how to do voltage drop testing? You test each leg of circut You should have small drop (like.2v) over relays and switches and such and a 12v drop over the load device (in this case a fuel pump) Then you should also measure zero or a small voltage drop on the ground return......
