HELP MY Immobiliser is stuck on

Hi guys, I am new to this site....I will get the beers in, who wants what ?

I need help with my Volvo 480ES, I got into it this morning as normal, turned the key and nothing happened.
The Battery is full
Everthing else works fine.
Engine is free

It seems that the immobiliser is stuck on (Key operated)
It won't let the engine turn over....volvo want
