I have a 2000 S40 1.9t That all of a sudden will not idel. Replaced the air filter and cleaned the MAP sensor but still no luck. What now?

Welcome to MVS. You need to go to an autozone or other auto parts store and get them to read your trouble codes. It could be a number of things from fuel filter, pump, relay to plug wires, bad ignition, low battery, ground points...on and on.
