Is this scan tool/software package worth purchasing?

How to go faster, stop quicker, and turn harder. Chips, exhaust, larger turbos, bigger/slotted/drilled rotors, high performance brake pads, manual boost controllers, performance shocks/struts/springs, airbox mods and more! Also discussion on HID and Xenon lights, aftermarket foglights and other exterior lighting.

I've been kind of hankering to get my hands on a scan tool for quite a while now and I have been looking around on the net lately for something that would fulfill my wishes. Have any of you had any experience with the ScanXL Elm found on the following website?

The ELM is suppose to be pretty good. Still can't reset your service light in the '97 and '98's nor reset the airbag light but you can do real time data plotting if you can keep a small laptop, Palm Pilot or Pocket PC in your car which regular scan tools can't do.
