2001 S80 T6 Engine problem

Last Friday, I got in my car, and cranked it up, and noticed that it was running rough. it acts like it's running on 5 of the 6 cylinders. Got a OBDII scanner from Autozone, and ran it, but no error codes came back??

One forum told me that it could be one of 3 things

spark plug, coil, or a spark plug wire. Is this easy to fix. Can I get a recommendation before I have it towed for service

Getting to the plugs is probably the hardest thing., both turbo tubes and connections must be removed just to get to the cover to the plugs..removing this is the easiest, just getting to it takes a bit of time..
I'd suspect its just a plug coil.....Think I'd replace the plugs while you have it apart...Good luck
