Hey Guys,
Recently replaced the wiring harness for the automatic lock circuit/switch on the driver side. Previously the wiring for it was corroded and caused my battery to drain to death when left unattended (short circuit).
After replacing that, everything works fine for the automatic locks... Except one thing.
When have the key in the door lock and rotate left or right (to lock or unlock all doors), it will do so just fine, except for the Driver-side door. The driver-side door will not move up or down... It is constantly in the Up, Unlocked position and cannot be changed. I've tried while the door was closed, and open. Neither will do the trick.
Very frustrating issue that needs some immediate attention.. I don't live in the best neighborhood and I really would love to keep my stereo safe.
Any tips, suggestions, or advice would be lovely. If I can list anything else in more detail, let me know.
