Please help Indentify this Hose/Connector!!

Hello, (forgot to mention it's a '94 Volvo 850 Turbo wagon)
Can anyone please help indentify this hose/connector for me. I need to replace these, and my mechanic saids it's the heater hose. I've checked with other sources and it doesn't look like a heater hose. FPC Groton couldn't identify it either. The connection is spraying coolant in the engine compartment and leaving me with an empty coolant tank. Not to mention the huge clouds of vapor it caused at the NJ motor vehicle inspection lane (suprisingly, the car passed inspection). Any advise will greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

Has to be turbo coolant hose. Kind of hard to tell with your photo, but that is pretty much the only other hose in that location.

If you can post another picture and zoom out we may get a better perspective as I am not sure if it is the thin or the thick pipe....having said that!

1)It may be the breather pipe to the Turbo hose , it is covered in a foam protective cover( see pcv diagram below) pipe no 7

2) It also may be a vacuum pipe from the turbo going to a connector(TCV) on the side of the air filter(3 pipes there, see vacuum routing below) with a piece of marking tape of yellow, blue and red respectively.
Neither of these should be spewing coolant.

3) I am sure that you are throwing some codes ,post these back it will give us some more clues.
