torque spec trans pan gasket and turbo pipe 95 940 turbo

Anybody know the torque in ft/lbs for the dozen or so small bolts for the trans pan gasket? What about using a sealant? There's a bead on one side that presses into the gasket so it could probably split. Also while I'm there, I've got a small leak at the turbo oil return line. Looks like I may have to remove the whole pipe to get the bottom out of the block so I'd have to replace the upper oval-shaped gasket also where it attaches to the turbo. Any advise or shortcuts?
